North America
US and Canada: FDA-registered production, English labelling and retail-ready packs.
North American buyers check three things first: who the manufacturer of record is, whether the label would pass a supermarket review, and whether anything in the recipe needs an allergen statement. We answer all three before you commit.
What your market requires
- FDA food facility registration held by the producing factory (we confirm the registration number in writing per order)
- US labelling: ingredient statement, allergen declaration (milk, soy, hazelnut, almond), net quantity in dual units, Nutrition Facts panel
- For Canada: bilingual (EN/FR) label elements and CFIA-compliant ingredient names
- Lead in cocoa is on the radar of US buyers — we provide the batch COA and can quote a third-party heavy-metal test
- Gift and seasonal ranges: retail barcodes (GTIN) already printed on the factory packs
Documents that ship with the goods
- Commercial invoice & packing list
- Certificate of origin (CO / Form for preferential where applicable)
- Health certificate
- Batch COA
Buyer questions for this market
Can I use the factory's FDA registration for my import?
The factory is the registered food facility; we confirm its registration number and the producing entity in writing with every offer so your customs broker and your retailer file match.
Will the label pass a US supermarket review?
Send us your label requirements and we return the artwork with the ingredient, allergen and nutrition panels filled in — you approve it before printing.
