The cheapest way to judge a China supplier is a small parcel. Pick the items you want to test and we confirm availability and courier cost before anything is sent.
1 · Shortlist 3–5 items
Use the quote form on any product page, or send us the item names directly. Retail packs are the easiest to sample.
2 · Give us the delivery details
Address, contact person, and your DHL/FedEx account if you have one. Courier cost is normally on your account; we confirm before sending.
3 · We confirm and dispatch
We check availability on the shortlist, then dispatch with the item list and batch numbers noted, so you know exactly which batch you tasted.
4 · You taste, then decide
If it works, the same batch spec goes into the stock order or the private-label brief. Nothing about the recipe changes between the sample and the shipment.

- Documents that travel with a sample: item list, batch number, and the COA for that batch on request.
- We do not charge for the product on a shortlist sample; you pay the courier unless we agree otherwise in writing.
