What is the minimum order?
Ready stock starts at 200 kg per order (about 56 cartons of 150 g boxes) and you can mix items to reach it. OEM / private label runs at the factory's custom minimum, which we quote before you commit.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Tell us which items you want to test and the delivery address; we confirm sample availability and courier cost (usually on your courier account) before sending.
How long is the lead time?
Confirmed per order: stock items leave faster than custom runs. We give you the loading date in the offer, and update it if the vessel schedule changes.
What are the payment terms?
T/T or L/C at sight, stated on the proforma invoice. Payment is made to the company account named on that invoice — we do not request payment to any other account.
Can you produce under my own brand?
Yes — private label and OEM: your brand, wrapper, mould and recipe, produced at the factory's custom MOQ. Artwork and label review for the US, EU and GCC are part of the service.
Is the chocolate halal?
Production is halal-certified in China and the recipe contains no animal-derived additives. We do not yet hold an internationally recognised certificate (Saudi SFDA, UAE ESMA, JAKIM, BPJPH) — if your market requires one, tell us before the order.
How is the chocolate shipped?
In reefer containers held at 16–18 °C, pre-cooled, never co-loaded with spices, seafood or detergents; temperature loggers travel inside and the record is issued with the documents. LCL is fine for a first load.
Which documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, halal certificate, batch COA — plus any product registration your market requires (for Saudi Arabia, the SFDA product registration number).
Do you supply the factory's own packaged goods?
Yes. If you prefer to test the market before committing to your own artwork, we ship the factory's existing retail packs (photo, label and barcode shown on this site are what arrives).
