Selling online across borders: what you can and cannot do with an export consignment, and which pack formats travel best.
Can you ship very small first orders?
The stock tier starts at 200 kg and can go LCL; below that it is not an export order. If you are testing a market, the cheapest route is to combine items into one consignment.
Do you drop-ship or fulfil online orders?
No. We ship export consignments to your importer or warehouse; picking and last-mile fulfilment is a different business and we do not pretend to do it.
What does a marketplace listing need?
Usually ingredient and allergen photos, the barcode and a shelf-life statement. The pack and the batch COA give you all three without extra work.
Which pack sizes travel best?
40 g to 150 g retail units are the lightest and the least likely to be damaged. Case pack and carton dimensions are confirmed per SKU before you plan shipping costs.
Can I sell the factory's existing brand online?
The packs carry the factory's brand and barcode. If you would rather not resell someone else's brand, the alternative is your own label over the same pack — the product inside does not change.
Do you provide content for listings?
Product facts, specifications and photos of what actually arrives — yes. Marketing copy in your own voice is your side of the job; we give you the facts it has to be built on.
