Brand owners & private label
Your own brand, wrapper and recipe — and the exact question every brand owner asks: which costs repeat in the invoice and which do not.
What is the private-label minimum order?
It is set by the factory's custom minimum — print run and mould, not the chocolate — and quoted per project. Give us the pack format and quantity and you get a real number instead of a range.
What is the process, step by step?
Brief and pack format → quote at the factory's minimum → you approve artwork and labels → print and mould set-up → production → QC and documents → shipping. Nothing is printed before your approval.
Which costs repeat and which are one-off?
Print plates, film and any mould are one-off and amortise over the run; chocolate, packing material and freight repeat with every order. We list them separately in the quote so you can see it yourself.
Can you apply multi-language labels over the existing pack?
Yes — destination-language ingredient, allergen and nutrition labels applied over the existing pack, no production-line change, artwork approved by you first. It is the fastest route to a compliant label.
Can the recipe be adjusted?
Cocoa percentage, filling flavour and inclusions can be discussed. Each change re-opens the minimum and the sample cycle, so it is worth fixing the recipe before artwork.
Who owns the artwork and the mould?
The commercial terms are agreed in writing per project and stated in the offer, so nothing is assumed later. Ask for that clause explicitly if it matters to you.
