What we hold, what we do not hold, and how you verify either. Buyers keep asking Chinese suppliers for certificates and getting logo images back — this page is the answer to that.

What we hold (verifiable)

Each line tells you how to check it. Nothing here is a badge without a number behind it.

Business licence (PRC)

Registered as a limited liability company in Beijing (Beijing Yuntun Technology Co., Ltd.). Legal name and address are printed in the footer of every page.

Customs registration as import/export consignor

How to verify: Quoted on the customs declaration of every shipment

Registered with Yizhuang Customs, Beijing. The registration number is quoted on the export documents for each shipment.

Foreign trade operator registration

How to verify: State Council decision, 30 December 2022

Cancelled as a separate filing in China on 30 December 2022 - companies obtain foreign trade rights automatically on incorporation. No certificate is issued any more; we state this because buyers still ask for it.

Foreign-exchange enterprise directory

Pending

Filed directly with our bank (per SAFE rules effective 1 June 2024). Outstanding - until it is filed we tell buyers so, rather than implying it is done.

Halal certification (China-issued)

Pending

The producing factory's halal-certified line, China-issued. Issuing body and certificate number are being confirmed - we publish them here once we have them in writing, and we do not describe it as internationally recognised.

What we do not hold (stated up front)

If your listing file needs one of these, tell us early and we will say whether it is obtainable and by when.

BRCGS / IFS / ISO 22000 - we do not hold these certificates. If your listing file requires one, say so early and we will tell you whether the factory has an audit in progress.
No internationally recognised halal certificate - not SFDA (Saudi), ESMA (UAE), JAKIM (Malaysia) or BPJPH (Indonesia). The recipe contains no animal-derived additives, but the certificate is not ours to claim.
US FDA facility registration is held by the producing factory, not by us - we confirm the registration number in writing with each offer. We do not hold FDA registration in our own name.
Organic certification, RSPO or sustainability labels - not held. We will not print a mark on a label that we cannot evidence.
Kosher certification - not held; the ingredients contain no animal-derived additives, but we make no kosher claim.

Who files what in your market

We prepare and issue the export documents; registration in the destination market is usually filed by your company as the importer. We hand over the data those filings need — ingredient, allergen, nutrition, shelf life, case data — and we say plainly when a document is still pending.
