Two routes, priced separately: ready stock in the factory's own packs from 200 kg (mix items, ship LCL); or your own brand (OEM / ODM) at the factory's custom minimum — we quote both and state the thresholds up front.

Pure cocoa butter
Real chocolate: clean label, better snap and mouthfeel. The default for EU/US retail and premium gift lines.
Cocoa butter substitute (CBS)
Compound chocolate: lower cost, more heat tolerant. Suited to bakery, coatings, value ranges and hot-climate distribution.

From cocoa mass to sealed carton
Production runs on the factory's own lines. Buyers can request the process record and inspection reports for their order.

Mixing & refining
Cocoa mass, sugar, milk solids and fat dosed to the agreed recipe, then refined to the target particle size.

Tempering & moulding
Tempered and deposited into moulds, with fillings or inclusions added as specified.

Cooling & demoulding
Controlled cooling tunnel, then demoulding and metal detection.

Wrapping & packing
Flow-wrap, box, carton and pallet as per your pack specification.

Scale figures are per the project filing, not current-season output; actual output and schedule are confirmed order by order in the offer. Entity documents (business licence, production licence) are available to qualified buyers under an NDA.
Temperature-controlled shipping
Chocolate leaves in reefer containers held at 16–18 °C — pre-cooled, clean, odour-free and logged end to end. This is the shipping standard we book on every export order.

Chilled container set point held for the whole voyage, fresh-air vents closed, cargo stowed to keep air flowing around the pallets.
Pre-cooled, clean loading
Container pre-cooled before loading; loaded in a clean, odour-free space, avoiding direct sun and the hot part of the day.
No odour contamination
Never co-loaded with spices, seafood, detergents or other odorous cargo — chocolate absorbs smell within hours.
Temperature record on arrival
Data loggers travel inside the container; the temperature curve and loading photos are issued with the shipping documents.
Order from 200 kg — small buyers welcome
Our minimum export quantity is 200 kg per order — about 56 cartons of 150 g boxes, not a container. Combine items to reach it and we ship LCL.
From 200 kg per order
Mix bars, callets and coated confectionery to reach the minimum — no need to commit to one item.
LCL or mixed container
Less-than-container shipping is fine; freight is shared across the items in your load.
Upgrade to OEM later
Once the trial order proves the product, move to your own brand at the factory's custom MOQ.

The chocolate on this line is halal: the recipe contains no animal-derived additives and production holds a Chinese domestic halal certification. We spell out what we hold and what we do not, so nobody is surprised at customs.

Issued by a Chinese halal food certification body; issuer and certificate number provided for verification on request.
No animal-derived additives
No gelatine, animal fats or alcohol in the recipe; ingredients are plant-derived plus dairy where the product contains milk.
No international halal certificate yet
We do not yet hold a certificate recognised by Saudi SFDA, UAE ESMA, JAKIM or BPJPH. If your market requires one, tell us before the order — we will assess the certification route and timeline. A domestic certificate is never presented as an international one.

Audit and factory visits
Video walk-through of the plant on request — live or recorded, showing the lines, the sample room and the warehouse. For confirmed orders we arrange a factory visit in Ningxia and pre-shipment inspection at loading.
