Europe & UK

EU/UK labelling, allergen and due-diligence ready — with the importer as the responsible operator.

Under EU rules the importer is the responsible food business operator, so the label carries your address, not ours. What you need from us is complete, correct data — ingredients, allergens, nutrition, and the traceability chain behind it.

What your market requires

  • EU 1169/2011 label data: ingredient list in descending order, allergen emphasis (bold), nutrition declaration per 100 g, net quantity, storage conditions, best-before date
  • Palm oil / fat source must be named if used — we state the fat system per SKU (cocoa butter or CBS) in writing
  • EUDR due diligence: we provide plot/origin declarations where the bean supply chain allows, and flag where it does not
  • Sulphites, soy lecithin and milk must be declared — our spec sheets list them per SKU
  • UK: post-Brexit labels need a UK address for the responsible operator; we ship to your UK importer

Documents that ship with the goods

  • Commercial invoice & packing list
  • EUR.1 / origin statement where applicable
  • Health certificate
  • Batch COA + spec sheet per SKU

Buyer questions for this market

Who is the responsible operator on an EU label?

Your company, as the importer established in the EU — that is why we hand over complete data instead of dictating your label.

Can you supply EUDR documentation?

Where the bean chain allows, yes — we pass what the factory holds and tell you plainly when a claim cannot be substantiated. We never write a due-diligence claim we cannot support.
